Key Responsibilities
Interpret blueprints and sketches to meet project specifications. Measure, cut, and shape lumber and materials accurately. Construct window frames, doors, staircases, and building frameworks using raw or pre-constructed materials. Install flooring, roofing, and walls, ensuring they are level and structurally sound. Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on existing structures. Build scaffolding and other construction structures as needed. Collaborate with team members and troubleshoot issues effectively.
Qualifications
Candidates must have at least 2 years of carpentry experience and proficiency in reading blueprints. Skills in using hand and power tools are essential, along with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. The role requires dependability, physical stamina for lifting and working at heights, and excellent communication with team members and clients.

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Lead Finish Carpenter to join our team in Sheridan, Wyoming. This hands-on leadership role involves performing high-level finish carpentry and supervising a crew on residential and commercial projects, ensuring precision and quality in every build. This is a full time position in Sheridan, WY.
Key Responsibilities
Execute finish and trim carpentry, including cabinet setting, crown molding, baseboards, and customizations for doors, windows, and staircases. Measure, cut, and install fixtures and millwork accurately. Lead and supervise a team, assigning tasks and ensuring quality control. Collaborate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to meet deadlines and budgets. Track materials, manage job site organization, and train crew members to enhance craftsmanship. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and troubleshoot issues effectively.
Qualifications
Candidates must have at least 10 years of finish carpentry experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role. Proficiency in blueprint reading, hand and power tool use, and strong leadership skills are required. Attention to detail, physical stamina for working at heights, and excellent communication with teams and clients are essential. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are mandatory.
