Cut, shape, and smooth lumber and other materials according to measurements, building window frames, doors, staircases, and framing buildings with raw or pre-constructed items. Lay out flooring, roofing, and walls ensuring they are level and compatible, and inspect sites to conduct repairs or maintenance. Build scaffolding and other construction structures, collaborate with carpenters and supervisors to complete projects, and troubleshoot and repair building components and equipment.

Qualifications

Duties and Responsibilities

Build strong relationships and effectively coordinate and communicate with team members, subcontractors, architects, and engineers. Foster client relationships to uphold high levels of customer satisfaction. Manage all phases of construction projects, from estimating and planning to budgeting, material procurement, scheduling, and execution, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Monitor project progress, address issues proactively, and enforce adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards. Maintain meticulous project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, daily logs, progress reports, change orders, and project files. Qualifications
