Construction Laborer
Salary Range: $16- $25/ hour DOE

Duties and Responsibilities:
Load and unload equipment and materials, clean and prepare construction sites, build scaffolding and other structures, and collaborate with carpenters and supervisors to complete projects.
Qualifications:
A high school diploma or GED is required, with construction experience preferred but not essential. Candidates should be detail-oriented, proficient with hand and power tools, possess strong troubleshooting and communication skills, be reliable and punctual, and have the physical stamina for lifting and working in various conditions.

Concrete Finisher
Salary Range: $25-$35/ hour DOE
Ability, knowledge and drive to assist in all stages of the concrete division. This position requires experience and knowledge of concrete finishing, curing processes, finish tool usage, power finish tool usage, cure timing and ability to manipulate the process based on need.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensures a safe work environment and communicates effectively with the team. Proficient in finishing concrete, setting forms, elevations, and grades, with extensive experience in hand and power troweling, floating, magging, and brooming. Provides expertise and team involvement to deliver a quality product, organizing tools and materials to meet finish schedules. Inspects all concrete finish work to ensure it meets company quality expectations and job specifications, with extensive knowledge of concrete mix specifications and additives for various conditions, including cold and adverse weather.
Qualifications:
Seeking a candidate with over 10 years of experience in the construction concrete industry, including commercial flatwork, with the ability to finish concrete and perform accurate quantity take-offs. Must be willing to work alongside subordinate personnel and adhere to strict safety standards and procedures.

Finish Carpenter
Salary Range: Full Time $22- $35/ hour BOE
Reliable, hardworking Finish Carpenter to complete the finishing touches on trim and carpentry work for residential and commercial projects. You may work on a variety of projects, including cabinet setting, framing, decking, window and stair customizations, crown molding, and baseboard installations. Our ideal candidate has an aptitude for precision and can accommodate unique build requirements from clients.
Duties and Responsibilities
Perform finish and trim carpentry work according to detailed plans and specifications, including measuring, cutting, and installing fixtures and millwork for doors, windows, ceiling panels, staircases, decking, and furniture. Erect scaffolding or ladders as required, collaborate closely with other carpenters, journeymen, and supervisors to ensure project completion, and adeptly troubleshoot and repair building components and equipment as needed.
Qualifications
Requires a high school diploma or GED certificate with a minimum of 10 years of experience in finish carpentry, demonstrating keen attention to detail and proficiency in blueprint reading. Must be adept at using common hand and power tools, possessing strong troubleshooting and communication skills. Salary Range: Full Time $20 - $35/ hour BOE

This position entails working in diverse settings to produce steady and functional infrastructure and products. Our ideal candidate has an aptitude for precision and an eye for detail as well as knowledge of wood properties and other carpentry materials.
Duties and Responsibilities
Read blueprints, drawings, and sketches to fully understand requirements, taking measurements and calculating the size and amount of materials needed. Cut, shape, and smooth lumber and other materials according to measurements, building window frames, doors, staircases, and framing buildings with raw or pre-constructed items. Lay out flooring, roofing, and walls ensuring they are level and compatible, and inspect sites to conduct repairs or maintenance. Build scaffolding and other construction structures, collaborate with carpenters and supervisors to complete projects, and troubleshoot and repair building components and equipment.
Qualifications
Requires a high school diploma or GED certificate with a minimum of 2 years of carpentry experience, possessing attention to detail and proficiency in blueprint reading. Must be skilled in using common hand and power tools, with strong troubleshooting and communication abilities. The role demands reliability, punctuality, physical stamina for lifting and working at heights and in tight spaces, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members, clients, and project managers.

Project Manager - Commercial Construction
Salary Range: $90,000 - $140,000 BOE
The Project Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering on our commitments to customers, serving as a cornerstone of In-Yarak's brand and financial success. The effective delivery of the responsibilities associated with this role is fundamental to our company's overall performance. With a comprehensive approach, the Project Manager supervises all facets of a construction project, collaborates closely with foremen and subcontractors, establishes precise schedules, and adeptly manages resources to ensure the successful completion of the build. The Project Manager bears the responsibility of ensuring the project's safe completion within the defined scope and schedule parameters.
Duties and Responsibilities
Build strong relationships and effectively coordinate and communicate with team members, subcontractors, architects, and engineers. Foster client relationships to uphold high levels of customer satisfaction. Manage all phases of construction projects, from estimating and planning to budgeting, material procurement, scheduling, and execution, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Monitor project progress, address issues proactively, and enforce adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards. Maintain meticulous project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, daily logs, progress reports, change orders, and project files. Develop risk mitigation strategies, contingency plans, and provide leadership and mentorship to team members, promoting a positive work environment and adding value through flexible task completion.
Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, coupled with over 5 years of project management experience in commercial construction. Proficiency in project management CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite is essential, along with the ability to learn and pass the IBC General G12N 2018 exam. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are required, along with comprehensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction best practices. The role demands the ability to effectively manage multiple projects, supported by strong organizational and time-management abilities. Relevant certifications such as PMP, LEED, or OSHA are advantageous.
