One Health

When One Health moved into the historic Sheridan, WY Train Depot, they entrusted us with a comprehensive remodel. We completely renovated the interior of the first floor and basement to pave the way for a combination dental and medical clinic. The second floor, with existing tenants, remained operational throughout the first-floor renovation.

Our tenant improvement project included constructing three dental spaces, six medical exam rooms, a panoramic X-ray room, a dental materials lab, dental sterilization area, a medical lab, blood draw room, and team rooms for both dental and medical staff.

We also renovated the exterior of the entire building with metal siding, replaced the roof, and upgraded the surrounding deck and railing, all while preserving the building's historic character.
