Regan Haswell
Partner, Project Manager
Regan is a partner and project manager with In-Yarak Construction. Like Shepherd’s Pie, Lancashire Hotpot, and Bubble & Squeak...Regan is an import from England. His arrival to Sheridan was due to his experience, research, and knowledge of falconry...hence the name In-Yarak. Since his arrival in Sheridan in the early 2000’s, Regan has also been involved in the construction business, starting In-Yarak in 2009. In-Yarak’s focus is providing the highest quality in construction and customer service, with no job being too big or too small. In his off time, Regan can be found chasing around his kids, being involved in the community, riding dirt bikes, or reliving his glory days of playing semi-pro rugby!

Tyler Baltz
Partner, Project Manager
Tyler is a project manager and partner with In-Yarak Construction. Tyler is a Mechanical Engineer who has 10+ years of experience in the energy industry. He’s been responsible for everything from large dirt work and roads to fully automated, remotely monitored facilities. Residential and commercial construction is where he has found his true enjoyment. Outside of In-Yarak, Tyler can be found skiing (both water and snow) with his family, hunting, and being involved in our wonderful community.

Mike Sager
Project Manager
Mike specializes in project management and has over 42+ years of construction experience. Mike has built over 350 homes plus has experience with numerous commercial and remodeling projects. His attention to detail and care for those around his area of work is relentless, his employers, customers and members of the community all feel the same. Mike is inspired daily by his wife, his furry best friend "Hatch" and his beautiful granddaughter. Mike's hobbies include spending time in the mountains, volunteering and enjoying his family and friends.

Stuart Greer
Project Manager
Stuart has over 30 years of construction experience. Stuart came up in the ‘old school’ way of construction where you had to work hard and succeed at all your tasks, or you were sent ‘down the road’. Stuart has expertise in every stage of construction. He is a patient and detailed mentor, and still performs even the simplest duties to perfection. His specialty is interior finish and is attentive to each customer’s intricate wishes. Stuart supports multiple projects with his detailed finishing expertise and deep knowledge base to solve any tough task. He is adept with 2020 Design drafting software and leads our cabinet design and sales team. In his free time Stuart enjoys watching his children play sports, spending time with his wife, fly fishing and riding his dirt bike.

Project Manager
Jeff has over 20 years of construction and project management experience. Jeff’s expertise lies in exterior finishes and as a result he has involvement in almost every In-Yarak Construction project. Bringing an extensive background in metal fabrication, precision machining, welding and hydraulics he is an asset to the team by bringing new ideas and problem-solving skills when necessary. Jeff manages all safety procedures and keeps maintenance records ensuring of all In-Yarak’s machinery is in safe working order. He enjoys spending time with his son and 3 daughters in the great outdoors.

Marla Lloyd Otterby
Financial Controler
Marla is responsible for the accuracy of financial statements, making sure that laws and procedures are followed, taxes are correct and paid on time, monitor the cash going in and out and working with the CPA’s for tax preparation. Marla has been with In-Yarak Construction since 2011 when there were only 3 employees & 2 company vehicles. Marla has enjoyed experiencing all the growth and expansion of the business to current day of 20 employees and an impressive asset list.
Marla loves computers and technology, so she is also the office IT gal. She can fix it! If not, she will figure it out and she can be regularly heard saying “DO YOUR UPDATES!”
In her spare time, Marla is a “motorhead” and loves cars. Her and her husband recently restored Marla’s grandparents 1948 Ford Car and 1959 Ford pickup. Marla also runs a few head of cattle on her family’s 105-year-old ranch in South Eastern Montana and helps with the ranch operations.

Marcus is a project manager and estimator for In-Yarak. He grew up working on custom homes in Colorado and has a degree in Civil Engineering. Marcus uses his experience with custom homes and large commercial projects to provide accurate estimates. He is proficient with architectural design software and has drafted numerous plan sets for In-Yarak to build off of. When Marcus is not at work you can find him with his girlfriend and dogs out in the mountains or around the town.

Philip Garriffa
Framing Superintendent
Philip Garriffa serves as the framing superintendent for In-Yarak Construction. After working 10 years in oil and gas, Philip has over 9 years of experience in residential construction. His experience includes a multitude of facets, from beginning to end of full builds. He prides himself on ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and efficient work to ensure work is well beyond the excellence expected. He strives for a lite-hearted crew, with a great work environment, In his off time he enjoys spending time with his family and helping his coworkers and friends with their own personal construction needs.
Philip Garriffa serves as the framing superintendent for In-Yarak Construction. After working 10 years in oil and gas, Philip has over 9 years of experience in residential construction. Josh Ford
Concrete Superintendent
Josh is the Concrete Superintendent at In-Yarak. He has 18 years in the field with 10 years focused primarily on concrete construction. Josh spent equal time between residential and commercial construction with a few years pouring concrete in the oil and gas fields. In that time he's built an extensive range of skills, but knows there's always more to learn. Blessed with a hard work ethic and a great crew, Josh is very proud to be a part of growing In-Yarak's reputation as a great contractor for any concrete installation. Born and raised in Montana and Wyoming Josh has always loved the country life. Outside of work, if he can't find enough snow to ski on, he's probably golfing.

Business Manager/ Customer Liaison
As a Customer Liaison she is responsible for managing design appointments and the selection process. She is very detail oriented, documenting customer’s decisions so they are easily communicated between the clients and the execution team. This process has proven to be greatly beneficial in keeping selections within budget and on schedule. She has many years working in an extensive customer service role and enjoys the client interaction and build process, bringing this trait to In-Yarak Construction assures our clients receive a unique and personalized building experience. Cassandra enjoys spending time with her family and friends, backpacking, hunting, camping and traveling.

Jesse started his building career in the log homes industry all across the western U.S. clear up to Alaska. After traveling for years, he worked for a local company where he met Regan and was subject to endless stories of his glory days in rugby. Jesse then worked for the railroad as an engineer for 10 years but always missed the accomplishments of building custom homes. He has a creative mind, always thinking ahead and bringing custom ideas to the table. The ultimate goal for him is to provide a positive work environment and a pleasurable experience for every customer. Jesse has a family of five and enjoys making the best of every day with them from traveling and anything outdoors.

Office Manager
Brenda previously worked for the County of Sheridan as Election Supervisor and was able to obtain full retirement in June of 2023. After 2 days of retirement, she was bored and became a full-time employee of In-Yarak Construction! Brenda is responsible for Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Fleet Management & keeping In-Yarak Construction OSHA compliant.
In her spare time, she enjoys driving her jeep, riding on the Harley with her husband, cuddling with her dogs, spending time with her son (who also works for In-Yarak) and spending time with her family & friends. Brenda’s especially enjoys her Saturday “girl-time” with her 6-year-old Granddaughter who is the light of her life and always reminds her to smile and have fun!
